Phone Order

To order by phone, please give us a call @ 082-410223. Then, we will collect your delivery details (address and phone no.) and the product that you wish to purchase. Payment can be made through online banking or cash on delivery. For cash and delivery, it is ONLY eligible for Kuching, Sarawak.

Facebook Order

To order through Facebook, you need to search for our official company page on Facebook – Innovest Engineering & Co. Send us a message regarding the products that you wish to purchase, a sales representative will attempt to you shortly.

Website Order

To order online, you need to browse the product and add it into the cart. Before checkout, you are able to review the items. Then proceed to make payment by clicking on the checkout button.

You will receive a confirmation email once you have successfully placed your order. Please check through the confirmation email to ensure all details are correctly filled.

For outskirt area, additional charges will be applied due to non regular service location by the courier services. We will inform you for any additional fees/charges required.

Please note the following:

• All shipments will require a signature for delivery.
• Orders over 30 kilograms may only be sent via freight/transportation company.
• Payment must be processed before your order can be shipped.

For your convenience, tracking information will be e-mailed to you as soon as we process your order.

Items that are oversized, weight over 20 kilograms, or require special handling will ship separately from other items that you order and will incur an additional handling fee. These items will ship via freight/transportation company. We will inform you for any additional fees/charges required for the oversized shipping. Please note that each shipment requires signature upon delivery.

We do not support international shipping. However, you may contact us via email to request for quotation on the rates to ship to your place. We do not add international tax, tariffs or duties for International orders. It is solely your responsibility to pay these fees.

NOTE: In order to expedite your order we may need to change the carrier or method of delivery. While we try to stock every item we sell on the website, there are some items that run out-of-stock or we do not stock yet. In these cases there maybe delays to your order being shipped, however we will notify you within 1-2 business days. Whether you decide to leave the item on order with us or cancel will be your option.
