Made of specially spun Polypropylene (PP) material, Oil Absorbent Socks absorbs and blocks any hydrocarbon/oil flows efficiently. These socks are oleophilic-hydrophobic; does notabsorb water and will only absorb oil. Sometimes known as Thin Booms, they have high retention andabsorption characteristics and their shape are ideal for flat surfaces and to assist in small oil land spills clean-up efforts.
Single use item, to be disposed of by incineration or in accordance with regulatory authority guidelines as Scheduled Waste.
