The Mitutoyo 293-230-30 Digimatic Micrometer features the NEW electromagnetic ABSOLUTE sensor, which improves resistance to environmental conditions such as dirt, oil, and water that can cause false readings. This coolant-proof micrometer has a measuring range of 0–25 mm, includes SPC data output, and features a ratchet stop for consistent measurement force.
The Series is IP65 rated, enabling use in environments exposed to cutting oil and similar conditions. It also includes a zero-set key for easy origin setting, carbide-tipped measuring faces, automatic power on/off, data hold, and low voltage and counting value composition error alarms. The micrometer is supplied in a fitted plastic case.
